- Fees and Charges: We charge fees for our research services as per the plan/subscription selected by the client. The fees are for the research analysis and recommendations provided. The fees are non-refundable once paid.
- No Profit Sharing: We do not work on a profit-sharing basis. We only charge a fixed fee for our research services.
- Disclaimers: Investment in securities market are subject to market risks. Read all the related documents carefully before investing.
- No Guarantees: Registration granted by SEBI, membership of BASL, and certification from NISM in no way guarantee performance of the intermediary or provide any assurance of returns to investors.
- Complaint Handling: Clients can register their complaints through our dedicated email or contact number provided on the website. We follow a strict grievance redressal mechanism to ensure timely resolution.
- Past Performance: Past performance is not an indicator of future returns.
- Warning: Do not share your DEMAT account User ID, Password, or any sensitive information with anyone, including our support staff. We never ask for such details.
- We do not offer any portfolio management services (PMS).
DISCONTINUED / COLLECTION / WITHDRAWAL
- Services once subscribed cannot be discontinued in the middle of the tenure. However, clients can choose not to renew the service after the expiry of the current plan.
- We do not have any physical collection agents. All payments must be made through online banking channels directly to our registered bank accounts.
- Withdrawal of services is at the discretion of the management in case of violation of terms and conditions by the client.
- In case of any regulatory changes, the reliable services might be modified or withdrawn with prior notice.
INVESTOR GRIEVANCE

- If you have any dispute or grievance, please first write to our Compliance Officer/Grievance Officer.
- If the grievance is not resolved within 30 days, you can lodge a complaint with SEBI through the SCORES portal.
- We maintain a designated email ID for grievance redressal which is monitored regularly.
INVESTOR AWARENESS
- Always deal with SEBI registered Research Analysts.
- Ensure that the Research Analyst has a valid registration certificate.
- Do not fall prey to schemes offering guaranteed returns.
- Always execute transactions through SEBI registered brokers.
- Keep your contact details (Mobile number and Email ID) updated with your broker and DP.
MISCELLANEOUS
- The research reports and recommendations passed to the client are for their personal use and should not be shared or redistributed.
- Investment in securities market is subject to market risks, read all the related documents carefully before investing.
- We do not have any branch offices or agents.
- Any dispute arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the city where our registered office is situated.
